Coverage

Rotation label (for Epic pulls) and QGenda pairings

Yellow rows are new or changed since the 9/9 version. Blue rows are new or changed since the 9/18 version.

Labels from the QGenda Rot- list. Pairings from the 9/2 FINAL mapping (I. Yang). Every listed attending role generates a form on a day it is filled; on most days only one is. Pain call and pedi call have no QGenda pairing (Epic only).

Rotation labels

Call supersedes every other label. A resident carrying both PPE-R and R1 on the same day is labeled Call, not PPE. Every other label maps a Rot- block code; Call maps the daily call codes.

Labels and pairings from the BWH QGenda export (9/10). Call codes from B. Taha (9/21). Lahey has no separate QGenda code yet, so Lahey rotations log as Away elective for now. BWH has no no-forms list and no Regional rotation. Nursing 360s are a different instrument, out of scope.
